Our practices reinforce our individual religious beliefs without telling us in whom to believe. In fact, Freemasonry prohibits us from debating specific religious views (beyond that of belief in a supreme deity, immortality of the soul and resurrection of the body), or issues of partisan politics. Harmony among men is the enabling goal that allows men from all walks of life to gather together, strengthen each other and help the world around us.
